Composition
Aceclofenac 100mg + Paracetamol 325mg
Description & Effects
ANBROL-A is a combination medication containing Aceclofenac 100 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg, designed for effective relief from pain, inflammation, and swelling associated with musculoskeletal and joint-related conditions. It is commonly used to manage symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and muscle or back pain, as well as dental pain, earaches, throat pain, and post-operative discomfort. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the action of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the production of prostaglandins—chemicals that mediate pain and inflammation. Paracetamol, on the other hand, enhances pain relief by inhibiting pain signals in the brain and also acts as an antipyretic, helping to reduce fever. The combination of these two drugs provides faster and more sustained relief from discomfort while minimizing side effects compared to higher doses of individual components. It allows patients to regain mobility, engage in daily activities, and experience a better quality of life. The tablet should be taken with food to reduce the risk of gastric irritation. Always use the medicine under medical supervision, and avoid self-medication or long-term use, as it may affect the liver, kidneys, or gastrointestinal system.
