VIDMINE-P is a combination medication containing Etoricoxib and Paracetamol, formulated for the short-term management of pain, inflammation, and swelling in musculoskeletal conditions. It is particularly effective in treating osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, muscle pain, backache, and post-surgical pain such as that following dental procedures. Etoricoxib is a selective COX-2 inhibitor that reduces the formation of prostaglandins, the chemicals responsible for pain and inflammation, while Paracetamol works centrally in the brain to reduce fever and pain perception. Together, they provide faster and longer-lasting pain relief than either drug alone, helping patients move more comfortably and maintain an active lifestyle. VIDMINE-P should be taken orally with or without food, exactly as prescribed by a healthcare professional. It is important to use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary to minimize the risk of side effects.
